Fees:

Property Intake: $125.00 per property.

Listing: 100% of the first full month's rent for lease listing and marketing.

Monthly Rate:

1-3 Units – 12% (per unit)

4-6 Units – 10% (per unit)

7 or More – 8% (per unit)

Once per month property management fee when the property is occupied.

Evictions: No additional fee for handling, but the owner is responsible for filing fees, attorney fees, and other related court or eviction fees.

​

Court Appearance: No fee, if via Zoom or $175 for in-person appearance.

 

Lease Renewals - $300 flat rate
